Plus 2 0 Co-Ed Inner Tube Water Polo As of Feb. 17 W L P.G. Polo Club 4 0 Caroline Third Center 0 6 Floating Bohs 2 1 Jaws 2 2 Team Tequila 0 1 Bv LYNDA DAVIS Men1s and Women’s Indoor Soccer and Co-ed Inner Tube Water Polo Intramurals are now underway. The participation this semester is very high as seen by the numerous teams in the win-loss tallies. For the M e n’s and Womens Indoor Soccer teams, who have 12 and 10 teams, respectively, this has caused there to be two separate divisions. Thus the top two teams of each division advance towards the playoffs which will be held in the beginning of March. The top three teams in water polo make the playoffs which will also be held in the beginning of March. Due to the increase in participation, the competition level has increased but there is still fun enough for everyone. The Water Polo games are held Sunday through Thursday nights at 10:00 and the soccer games are held these same nights beginning at 7:00 on Sunday and 8:00 on weeknights. If you are looking for some good sports action, Somerset Hall is the place to be. One player from each team has been chosen as Indoor soccer is of f and kickin' at St. Mary' s College. athlete of the week. Doug Wantling was selected from the M e n’s Soccer Team because of his all around soccer ability. Julie Moyer was selected from the Women Soccer Team because of her superb ball handling abilities and her strong foot which rarely misses its target. Mark Hergan was chosen from the Water Polo teams becasue of his suberb manipulation of the inner tube and his guiding leadership of the team which has remained undefeated until this time. Well, here it is, opening times included. Should inclement weather be present overnight or in the morning, President Ted Lewis is informed of the surrounding severity. He then makes the decision to delay or all-out cancel classes for the day. Should the President’s decision be to delay classes, the delayed opening time will be either 9:20 am, 10:00 am or 12 noon. If the weather warrants further delay, classes are cancelled.
